Join Diana in this 90-minute collective practice as she facilitates gentle movement, restorative postures, healing touch, and guided meditation. Designed to help you access ease, relaxation, and inner calm. Whether you're new to these practices or a seasoned participant, all are welcome.

The Chaturanga Workshop

If you’d like to master your chaturanga and flow more freely, this workshop is for you. We'll break down high-to-low plank, pair strength-building drills with increased anatomical awareness, then flow, and let it go!
What to expect:
One-on-one, hands-on feedback, musculoskeletal visual aids, creative, functional use of props, conversation, drills.
Sacred Fridays: Restorative Sound Bath

End your week with a ritual of deep restoration. In this 75-minute experience, you’ll be guided into stillness and spaciousness as the ancient tones of Tibetan singing bowls wash over you. The vibrations soothe your nervous system, quiet the mind, and release the week’s accumulated stress, inviting your body into a state of balance and renewal.
This extended session gives you time to truly sink in: beginning with gentle breathwork and intention-setting, moving into a full sound bath immersion, and closing with grounding practices so you leave feeling clear, calm, and restored.
