Welcome to Rest Club, a monthly gathering dedicated to the practice of intentional rest.


Join Diana in this 90-minute collective practice as she facilitates gentle movement, restorative postures, healing touch, and guided meditation. Designed to help you access ease, relaxation, and inner calm. Whether you're new to these practices or a seasoned participant, all are welcome.

6:30-7:30 - Chill Time - Movement including gentle stretching, yin, and restorative

7:30-8:00 - Snooze Button (Optional) - Guided meditation & relaxation in a restorative pose

Arm Balance Workshop w/ Ana

April 20th // 2:30PM // $50

Learn the essential actions and movements to do  arm balancing poses.

This workshop will help you better understand the mechanics and leverage of arm balances and how to integrate these poses into your practice. 

 Some of the poses that we’ll go through are crow pose, Flying splits II, side crow, eight angle pose etc

Playing with arm balances is a perfect opportunity to expand your yoga practice by creating space to find steadiness and ease while doing more challenging postures. 

This workshop is for everyone who wants to learn the techniques to help you get into and hold balancing poses.

Explore the ins + outs of getting upside down! This workshop will focus on shoulder opening + mobility, stacking our joints for optimal alignment, + using your core to float + fly! We’ll work through both headstand + forearm stand in this 90-minute deep dive.
