Mindful, Experiential, Challenging, Freeing
Everyday life experiences inspire Andrew’s yoga teaching. He applies yogic principles to observations from daily life to help students find peace and contentment in life outside of the yoga studio. His mindfulness-based approach allows students to become fully present in their own practice as he guides a challenging, yet accessible vinyasa flow. He believes that our joy comes less by doing and more by living in accordance with our true nature, and he encourages all students to practice in a way that’s authentic to their experience.
Andrew completed his RYT 200-hour teacher training at Suncrest Yoga in Morgantown, West Virginia under the guidance of Nicole Yost Ross, E-RYT 500. Originally from Clarksburg, West Virginia, he enjoys spending time outdoors and with friends and family.
