BIO:
Abby has been teaching yoga classes for over 5 years. She is predominantly influenced by her early years studying Ashtanga yoga under Sam Glannon, Elliott McEldowney and Saraswathi Jois. That said, her teaching sets aside rigidity and embraces a gooey vinyasa, offering a full body floss and lots of opportunity to refine posture and breath. Abby is a native of Boston and throughly enjoys oat milk lattes, easy runs outside and her roommate’s cat, Mango.
