BIO:

Ana started her yoga journey in college, she was always interested in the human body, learning more about anatomy and physiology. She has a degree in the Faculty of Pharmacy in Montenegro but after her internship she realized yoga was her true passion and she wanted to share it with her students.

She finished 200 YTT at Yoga Vida in New York, has a 20hrs yin training certificate, certified NASM personal trainer and currently is in 300 YTT with Jason Crandell.

Ana’s classes are strong and energizing while always offering modifications to best suit your body. Her accent is on breath work and connecting it with movement while being aware of your body alignment.
