Laughter Yoga

Join Ali for an afternoon of play, laughter and breath work!

Laughter Yoga is based on the scientific fact that the body cannot differentiate between false or forced laughter and real, whole-body uncontrollable laughter. With eye contact, connection and childlike playfulness, we'll simulate laughter as a body exercise in a group. Before long, that simulation will transform into real and contagious laughter!

Whether experiencing false or true laughter, we receive the same physiological and psychological benefits: stress relief, heart health, core engagement, a sense of playfulness and lifted spirit, and more.

Laughter Yoga is a uniquely fun experience that will leave you more connected with your inner joy.
