Inspired by the elements of Little Flower Yoga, these classes will center on mindfulness using breath techniques, movement, focusing practices, and play. Kids will learn how to connect to themselves, others and their environment, experience and explore their bodies, and cultivate their inner resources to respond with kindness and curiosity to the stress and emotions they experience each day- all with a big emphasis on having FUN!
Classes run from September 25 through November 15
Tuesdays 3:30-4:15pm: ages 3-5
Thursdays 4:30-5:15: ages 6-12
$200 for the full 8 week series
$30 drop in class
