Spring/Summer 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training

Immerse yourself in the 8 Limbs of Yoga, its history and connection to our modern lives, learn anatomy, physiology, asana alignment, sequencing, be guided through led meditations and gain a greater understanding of Self. 

11 Weekends starting April 6th through June 24th (with Memorial weekend off)

  • Friday's 6-9pm
  • Saturday's 2-9pm (1 hour dinner break)
  • Sunday's 2-9pm (1 hour dinner break or class)
