Spring/Summer 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training

Immerse yourself in the 8 Limbs of Yoga, its history and connection to our modern lives, learn anatomy, physiology, asana alignment, sequencing, be guided through led meditations and gain a greater understanding of Self. 

11 Weekends starting April 5th through June 30th (with Easter/Passover and Memorial weekend off)

  • Fridays 6-9pm

  • Saturdays 2-9pm (1 hour dinner break)

  • Sundays 2-9pm (2.5 hour dinner break or class)
