We can have the knowledge and intentions to hold more space for self-care in our life, but new and helpful habits aren’t always easy to develop and stick to. Eventually, we can find ourselves feeling burned out, uninspired and disconnected to our innermost self. In this workshop we’ll learn to identify areas of self-care and utilize our practice and other tools to listen and take action to heal our bodies and spirit consistently. By creating self-care rituals that stick, we can learn to look forward to self-care and ultimately learn to value ourselves in a deeper and more meaningful way.
Together we’ll enjoy an easy, slow flow and restorative practice you can replicate at home or on the road, and use self-massage techniques to release tension. We’ll explore simple Yoga Nidra, Pranayama and Meditation techniques to invite more restful sleep, and create custom rituals touching on Ayurvedic principles and utilizing essential oils.
Please bring a bed pillow and tennis or massage ball and pen/paper.
