Heated All Levels 60/75 Minute Flow

Our 60 or 75 minute heated all levels vinyasa classes range from 85-95 degrees Fahrenheit with humidity. Our instructors offer many modifications to make this class truly suitable for every yogi, new and experienced.

Iyengar Inspired 60/90 Minute Class

Our 60 or 90 minute all levels Iyengar inspired alignment based class focuses on breaking down poses and understanding the foundation of the practice.

Appropriate for yogis of all levels.

 

All Levels 60/75 Minute Flow

A 60 or 75 minute practice in our unheated studio (room temperature). Our instructors offer many modifications to make this class truly suitable for every yogi.

Restore + Renew

This 75-minute practice takes cues from lunar energy -- sensitive, grounding, introspective. Weaving together meditation, gentle yoga, yin and restorative postures to unwind the body and ease the mind. This class is accessible for students of all levels.

Low Heat All Levels Flow

Our 60 or 75 minute low heat vinyasa flow classes range from 80-85 degrees Fahrenheit with humidity.

Intentional Flow

This 90 minute class will lead you through a heated vinyasa flow, peppered with moments of yin and restorative yoga to set you up for the week ahead. The added time will allow you to settle into each pose, find the ease through each transition, and prepare your mind and body for a state of rest and relaxation ideal for savasana.

Prenatal Yoga

Prenatal yoga is a great way to connect with your body and gain flexibility to help carry your growing belly and baby. In this prenatal series we use movement, breath work and mediation to help you prepare for your birth experience. Learn the tools needed to strengthen your pelvic floor, relax your mind and trust your body.

All Levels Yin

A 60 minute practice that works to address the layers beneath the physical body by holding postures for an extended period of time to melt away tension and liberate the flow of qi that moves through the meridians of the subtle body.
