Alia is a Brooklyn based Yoga Teacher and Movement Coach offering group classes, one-on-one work, small group strength training, and corporate classes. Her primary goal is to help people feel more confident in their bodies and empowered by their movement abilities, whatever they may be. Alia’s constant quest for knowledge and understanding about the human body lead her deeper into mobility work, strength training, the neurology of movement, and pain science. She subscribes to and shares a positive narrative about the body’s capacity for adaptation and healing.
