Ali Began her yoga journey 13 years ago studying Ashtanga, and began practicing vinyasa and other styles shortly after and fell in love with the movement and mindfulness of yoga. She found that it opened her eyes to the stability and beauty in life. Ali is certified to teach Vinyasa Yoga by Corepower Yoga, as well as laughter yoga. Ali is so excited to spread the amazing power of yoga to all who seek unity in life, on and off the mat. Yoga is an amazing practice that opens our bodies, minds and hearts. In her classes, Ali shares the sense of community, strength and peace she has found through the practice of yoga.
