Using traditional Hatha Yoga poses and Essential Oils, you will learn to create a home practice that supports you from the ground up.
We will focus on postures that nourish, align, and strengthen your body, and the Essential Oils that support that process. Using these two healing modalities, you will leave with the tools to care for yourself, so you can care for others.
