Often Restorative Yoga is viewed as a practice with a lot of requirements -- space, time, props. However, with just a few household items, it can become an accessible practice. Integrating Restorative Yoga into my daily life has had profound effects in my mental wellbeing as well as my physical practice. As a restorative teacher, my goal is to make this a practice that anyone can embrace and bring into their life.
In this 2 hour workshop, we will move through a restorative sequence using minimal props to yield maximum relaxation. Participants will need to bring 1 blanket (any size is fine) and 1 bath towel to use during the sequence.
This workshop is open to all levels, including those new to yoga.
